I handle all the customer relations for our Valduggia office. Whether you're curious about underfloor heating or need to set up an appointment, I'm here to guide you.
I grew up nearby, right here in the Valsesia. Because of that, I really know our local area – from the cold winters that make warm floors a must, to the specific types of homes we have around here. It's more than just work for me; it's about making sure our neighbors in Valduggia and the surrounding towns get truly comfortable in their homes. Understanding the local needs helps me connect you with the best solutions.
My day usually starts with checking new inquiries. I answer your questions about how much things might cost, how long an installation takes, or if connecting to your smart home system is complicated. No question is too simple; I'm happy to explain anything. I also help schedule our expert technicians, like Lorenzo or Marco, to come out and give you a solid, no-nonsense estimate.
Of course, sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Maybe a part takes a little longer to arrive from our suppliers, or you have a question after your new system is installed. That's when I step in to help. I'm good at figuring things out and making sure you stay updated every step of the way.
