Who We Are & What We Do
Calore Sotto is a local business operating out of Valduggia, Italy. We provide ready-made solutions for underfloor heating installation and connecting these systems to your home's smart controls. Our main goal is to give you reliable warmth and easy control. We focus on practical work for homes in Valduggia, Borgosesia, Varallo, and nearby areas in Piemonte.
Your Project, Our Agreement
When you contact us for a job, we'll talk through what you need. Then, we provide a clear quote. This quote will list all the work we plan to do, the materials, and the total price. When you agree to this quote, it becomes our working agreement. This means we'll do the work as described, and you agree to the price. We aim for no surprises.
How We Handle Payments
For most projects, we ask for a deposit upfront. This helps us get the materials ready for your underfloor heating. We'll tell you the exact amount when we give you the quote. The rest of the payment is due when the work is finished and you're happy with it. We'll send you an invoice with all the details. We accept bank transfers and other common payment methods here in Italy. If you need to cancel a job after paying a deposit, please talk to us as soon as possible. We'll work something out based on what materials we've already bought or work we've started.
Your Part in the Project
To do our best work, we need your help with a few things. Please make sure we have clear access to the work area. If there's furniture or personal items, we ask you to move them before we start. Also, please tell us about any existing pipes, wires, or building plans that might be important for the installation. We'll always treat your home with respect and clean up after ourselves, but having the area ready helps us work efficiently.
Our Promise to You
We stand by our work. We install everything correctly and use good quality materials. If there's an issue with our installation within a reasonable timeframe, let us know, and we'll come back to fix it. Specific warranty details for parts will come from the manufacturers, but we'll always guide you through any issues. Our goal is for you to be warm and comfortable for many years.

We always try to do things perfectly, but sometimes things happen. If you're not happy with something, or if there's a problem after we've finished, please tell us right away.
